The trouble was that they were a company who witnessed significant changes within their organization and they were seeking alignment both internally and externally.
Stormy Lake developed a qualitative research program to understand stakeholder perceptions of the organization. We conducted in-depth interviews with leadership, employees, partners, customers, and industry members. This allowed establish a brand model that was grounded in their current organizational state, but also encompassed where Aware360 wanted to be in the future. The brand model was universally accepted by the organization and is becoming evident in their current operations.
