Zedi helps oil and gas producers maximize their potential through cutting edge technology and great in the field service. Trouble was, that they had expanded and diversified so rapidly, that they were having trouble describing exactly what they did.
Scout Communications asked Stormy Lake to develop a qualitative research program that tied in with Zedi's pre-existing customer satisfaction survey to get a true understanding of Zedi's reputation in the marketplace. We spoke to customers of all types, to industry leaders, to government regulators and to key employees, and we ran a brand workshop with the leadership team. This allowed us to report on a hollistic view of Zedi, and see where there were areas of brand potential and opportunities for greater clarity. We recommended a brand model that has been universally accepted by the organization, and which is becoming evident in all of the new actions, messaging, and materials that Scout and Zedi are putting out.
